How to Get a DGCA Computer Number in 2026: Easy Guide
Quick Answer: To get a DGCA computer number, register through the official DGCA Pariksha Flight Crew portal. Eligible Indian candidates can use DigiLocker-based auto-generation when their Class 10 and 12 records are available and verification succeeds.
What is a DGCA computer number?
A DGCA computer number is the unique ID used to identify a candidate in India's DGCA flight-crew examination system.
You need it to register for the relevant DGCA examinations. Each candidate can have only one computer number, and it remains valid for life.
How to apply for a DGCA computer number online
Visit the official DGCA Pariksha website.
Under Flight Crew, select New Candidate Registration if you have never received a computer number.
Check whether you qualify for DigiLocker auto-generation. If not, follow the applicable standard registration instructions.
Enter your information carefully. Make sure your name, date of birth and educational details match your official documents.
Complete the photograph, signature and document requirements according to the latest Flight Crew User Manual.
Submit your application and follow the portal's instructions to obtain or track your computer number.
Who is eligible for DigiLocker auto-generation in 2026?
According to DGCA's current registration guidance, eligible applicants must be Indian nationals who have passed Class 10 and 12 from recognised boards, including combinations of boards, provided the necessary records are available in DigiLocker.
Your Aadhaar information must match your DigiLocker information. The photograph, signature and other details must also satisfy DGCA requirements.
When verification succeeds and all conditions are met, the computer number can be generated automatically. Applications outside this route may require the standard registration and review process.
